We built Fair Winds Remodeling around exceptional client care and detailed, expert service. Real communication, real timelines, and a team that treats your home like it matters, because it does.
Led by Adam & Julie Patterson
Adam founded Fair Winds Remodeling with his wife Julie in 2023.
Today, Julie handles the daily business and oversees every project personally, from drafting the first estimate and design consultations to coordinating homeowners, trade partners and suppliers through the final walkthrough.
Clients see Adam during initial meetings and the design phase, discussing scope, design development and drawings. He is also known to strap on a tool belt to make sure punch list items are finished with a high level of care.
